Asyst Technologies"Nsite offers me the flexibility to automate and accelerate our non-standard processes, while also offering system management flexibility - I can run my applications as a hosted service, and scale up to in-house management on my timetable."

Ron Lemmer, Senior IT Director, Asyst Technologies

San Ramon, CA - May 6, 2003 - Nsite, the leader in automating manual business process, announced today that Asyst Technologies, Inc. has selected Nsite to automate the approval and processing of all non-standard sales agreements. Nsite enables Asyst to shorten the sales cycle by moving sales agreements through to completion faster, and with no loss of management control over modifications to standard agreements.

"With a management team dispersed around the world, and a set of diverse customers with ever-changing needs, our manual sales agreement approval system was affecting our responsiveness to customers, as well as slowing down our sales cycle," said Ron Lemmer, Senior IT Director. "We were looking for a more efficient and cost-effective way to do business, yet in today's tight economy, anything new must offer flexibility and fast ROI. Nsite offers me the flexibility to automate and accelerate our non-standard processes, while also offering system management flexibility - I can run my applications as a hosted service, and scale up to in-house management on my timetable."

The immediate success of this initial system has Asyst already expanding their usage of Nsite. "The implementation was painless, with the application up and running in less than two days," Mr. Lemmer elaborated. "This especially impressed me because the non-standard sales agreement system required automation of four different forms. Within 30 days of launching non-standard sales agreements, we added a second application within the quality department. And in two more weeks we'll expand our usage of Nsite into the service organization."

"Nsite was created to address an unmet need in the marketplace - that of automating dynamic manual process," said Paul Tabet, President and CEO at Nsite. "Simplicity and flexibility are key elements of our product vision. It's extremely gratifying to see how quickly Nsite is contributing to the fundamentals of business at Asyst and other customers."
