- You cannot use the Web Services Builder for nested Enterprise Object bundle tables or substitute tables. Web service mappings must be removed from a table before you select it as a Nested or Substitute table.
- If you choose a radio button group as the Field in an Enterprise Object Builder mapping filter, select Constant as the Filter Type. Control filters using radio buttons may not function as expected.
- Crystal Reports can no longer be created off of Admin objects such as User, Company, or Attachment. To report off of such data, use the Nsite Application Metrics tab.
- When using the Universal Web Services (UWSC) Nsite data provider from within the Crystal Reports Report Creation Wizard, the Fields pane may be cut off if you navigate between the Fields and Links page. To resolve this issue, upgrade to Crystal Reports XI Release 2 Service Pack 5 or Crystal Reports 2008.
- When you create a report using the Crystal Reports Designer, you may see an "Unknown Database Connector" error if you try to access an Nsite data source after a period of inactivity. To restore the connection to the Nsite data source, right-click on the Universal Web Services (UWSC) connection in the Crystal Reports Report Creation Wizard and refresh the connection. The default Nsite session timeout is 60 minutes. To change the timeout, please contact your Nsite administrator. The default Crystal Reports Designer Java server timeout is 30 minutes. To change the timeout, modify the JavaServerTimeout tag in the following file in your Crystal Reports Designer installation folder: \Business Objects\Common\3.5\CRConfig.xml

- The Web Services Builder and Player will now display the ampersand character (&) correctly in new column labels. To fix a previously existing column label that contains & instead of the ampersand character, remove the column and add it again.
- In the Position Edit View, if you enclose a position name in quotation marks and click Save, you will see an Nsite internal error message. To save the position name, remove the quotation marks from its name and click Save.
- In the Available Users and Selected Users grids within the Position Edit View, if you click outside of a checkbox, any rows that you've previously checked will be cleared and only the row that you clicked will be selected. To confirm that all the necessary rows are selected, review your selections before leaving these screens.
- User IDs containing a comma (e.g., "Smith, John") are not supported when importing position assignments from a file.
